What this site is

This website provides information about the practice of Tina Bilyeu, LMHC and lets you book and pay for sessions. Reading this website, sending a message, or booking a session does not by itself create a therapist-client relationship; that begins with a signed informed consent and a first session.

Nothing on this site is medical advice or a substitute for professional care. Coaching services are not therapy and do not include diagnosis or treatment.

Booking, payment, and cancellation

Sessions are paid in full at booking through Stripe. An appointment is confirmed only after payment completes and the informed consent is signed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, reply to your confirmation email at least 24 hours before your session; later cancellations and missed sessions may be charged the full fee, as described in the informed consent.

Accuracy of what you submit

Booking requires accurate contact details and an emergency contact. Misrepresenting who you are or where you live (for example, to obtain a regional rate that does not apply to you) may result in the booking being cancelled and refunded.

Reviews

Reviews are voluntary and moderated. By submitting one you consent to its publication; you can request removal at any time. Do not include other people's private information in a review.

Licensure

Tina Bilyeu is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida (License MH27127). Therapy is provided to clients located in jurisdictions where she is authorized to practice; coaching is available more broadly and is not a licensed clinical service.
